Bingley

Today, just before supper, Mr. Bingley and Mr. Darcy visited. I observed that both Jane and Elizabeth had equal reactions. I understand Jane, but Lizzy? What happened between her and the two gentlemen? I must figure this out, for I cannot stand not knowing.

On other terms, Lydia has left. I am torn, having my youngest out in the world without me for so long. She will write, she promised. She better!

  1. Be glad that Lydia is gone. She was a wild person. Trusting her would be impossible from now on. Do not trouble yourself, for I am sure she and Wickham are fine.

  2. Can't you see Mrs. Bennet? Elizabeth clearly loves me. It is inevitable that I will be your new son in law. And do not be saddend that Lydia has left, for it will be way better now that she is gone.

  3. Jane is swaying back my way, it is obvious. As for Lydia, I'm sorry to say that it will suit your family better that she goes away and does no more embarrasment to your respectible family!

  4. Dear mother, I urge you to not pry into lizzys reasons for reacting the way she did. I can assure you they are verry vallid. As for your conserns about Lydia, all I can say is that you have four other daughters that still need your company. Haing in there.

  5. Well what exactly did you think Jane's reaction was? I didn't get to talk to her that much. I did talk to Lizzy though, and she hasn't been acting different to me. Don't worry about Lydia, I'm sure your husband will tell her what she should do before she embarasses you further.

  6. I am still in disbelief as to how i was treated at your house. Me the one who saved your daughter from Wickham leaving her. I found her and brought her back. I think I could deserve a little more respect especially from someone like you.

  7. I do believe Lizzy loves me as I love her. There is an unspoken connection that i feel we share. I do hope i can be your son in law. Please do not worry about Lydia because i feel it will be much easier without her for once.

  8. I do not know if Lizzy still does not have feelings for me. I feel that her feelings might be changing. If they have not then I do not know what to do to make them change. I will say this though, if her feeling do change for me and she does like me then I will be there to propose again. Your daughter will eventually be mine Mrs. Bennet.

  9. Mother, I understand this is tough for yoou, but nothing is intentionally to hurt you. Lizzy is very intelligent, and she must have her reasons. Lydia is young, she did not mean to hurt you. We all love you and are here for you.

  10. it's a shame that Jane is so ignorant. As for lizzy and Darcy, i do not know what happened. I enjoy spending time with Jane. I'm not sure why Darcy and lizzy don't talk more...
